When a new user account has expired there are two things you can do.
If any member of the team already has access to the system, you can regenerate a notice. To do that follow these steps:
- log into the admin panel
- from dashboard, go to Account
- Go to Users
- For the corresponding person, click the icon for 'Notify'
This will regenerate a welcome email to the user and reset the expiration.
If no member of the team has access to the system, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions to reset the welcome email link.
